Our client is looking for an Technical Lead for a project and below is the detailed requirement.

Job Title: Technical Lead

Location: Boston, MA

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of software development experience with strong technical leadership skills.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Golang, AWS, React JS, and Python.
  • Experience designing and developing scalable microservices and REST APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of secure coding, system design, code reviews, and software development best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Cypress test automation and UI/browser testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and quality gates.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and API security (OAuth/OIDC) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of application monitoring, logging, and performance tuning is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
