First line support | 5 days a week in the office | London | Permanent

The Role

As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for internal IT support, ensuring employees receive fast, effective assistance across hardware, software, networks, and workplace technology. This is a hands-on position where you'll have real visibility across the business and the opportunity to develop your technical skills within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1st line IT support to users across multiple offices
• Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through the ITSM platform Configure, maintain and troubleshoot laptops, mobile devices, printers and AV equipment
• Support meeting room technology, including Microsoft Teams Rooms Install, update and maintain software applications Manage user accounts and permissions across Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory
• Assist with network connectivity issues across enterprise environments
• Maintain IT asset records and documentation
• Deliver a high level of customer service and user communication
• Escalate complex issues when required while ensuring accurate documentation

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a 1st Line Support, Service Desk or IT Support role
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively A proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach to work
