  • Take ownership of specific modules within the larger application, from design through delivery
  • Incorporate feedback from code reviews and continuously improve code quality with minimal supervision
  • Support testing and defect resolution in collaboration with the QA team
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and demos
  • Collaborate closely with other developers, testers, and business analysts within the delivery pod
  • Ensure compliance with federal security and clearance requirements throughout the development lifecycle
  • Contribute to the modernization of HR systems for federal agencies, delivering steady and meaningful build work
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Bachelor's degree
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Active Public Trust or Secret clearance
  • 3-7+ years of software development experience, with hands-on Appian experience required
  • Ability to build and configure Appian applications, including process models, interfaces, and integrations

  • Experience with integrations, APIs, databases, and Agile delivery (preferred)
  • Appian Associate or Senior Developer certification (preferred)
