SEO Manager

Description
We are partnering with a growing technology company in the real estate space to identify an SEO Manager who will own and lead the organization's search marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on SEO professional who enjoys both strategy and execution and is ready to take ownership of an established SEO function while helping shape its future growth.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic, lead generation, and online visibility.
2. Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site audits, keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance improvements.
3. Analyze SEO performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data and analytics.
4. Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices.
5. Serve as a client-facing SEO expert, presenting recommendations, insights, and performance updates.
6. Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, AI search developments, AEO, and GEO strategies.
7. Establish scalable SEO processes and best practices.
8. Support the continued growth and evolution of the company's SEO service offering.

Requirements
Top 5 Must-Haves:

Proven experience developing and executing successful SEO strategies.

Strong technical SEO expertise, including audits, optimization, and performance analysis.

Experience wearing multiple hats across SEO, content, analytics, and strategy.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of an SEO function.

Strong client-facing communication skills and familiarity with emerging search trends, including AI search, AEO, and GEO.

Preferred Experience:

• Agency or consulting background.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts or campaigns.
• Leadership or team mentorship experience.
• Experience with local SEO and multi-location businesses.

Skills & Tools:

• Google Analytics
• Google Search Console
• Google Tag Manager
• SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms
• Keyword research and reporting tools
• Technical SEO auditing tools
