Sr. Accountant-

This is a hybrid position that requires onsite attendance in Oakland office at least 3-4 times per month (2nd, 3rd & 4th Tuesday of each month and a floating day).

Manager is looking for a highly experienced Senior Accountant who can work independently with minimal ramp-up time. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting expertise, be able to quickly assess and resolve complex accounting issues and require limited day-to-day oversight or training.

• 4+ w/Bachelors degree
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, or equivalent; Public Accounting experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Outstanding organizational/time management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Oracle Financial or ERP software experience preferred.
• Able to effectively coordinate work and communicate across disparate groups of individuals, functions, and levels in the organization.
• Ability to effectively prioritize competing demands and deadlines.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to quickly pivot between tasks and changing priorities.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
