  Job Title: SAP EWM Solution Architect / Senior SAP EWM Consultant

  Job Description

  We are looking for an experienced SAP EWM professional to lead and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) implementation projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in warehouse solution design, warehouse process architecture, RF framework configuration, and integration with SAP S/4HANA Logistics Execution.

  The candidate will be responsible for designing scalable warehouse solutions, configuring warehouse processes, and ensuring seamless integration between SAP EWM and other SAP logistics modules.

  Key Responsibilities

  1. SAP EWM Implementation

  • Lead or support end-to-end SAP EWM implementation projects.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP EWM functional solutions.
  • Configure and implement SAP EWM functionalities based on warehouse operational requirements.
  • Support system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.

  2. EWM Solution Design

  • Define SAP EWM solution architecture based on business and warehouse requirements.
  • Design warehouse structures, storage types, storage sections, storage bins, and activity areas.
  • Develop solutions for inbound processing, outbound processing, internal warehouse movements, and inventory management.
  • Design warehouse process flows to improve operational efficiency and inventory accuracy.

  3. Warehouse Process Architecture

  • Design and configure end-to-end warehouse processes, including:
    • Inbound delivery processing and goods receipt.
    • Putaway and stock placement.
    • Picking, packing, and staging.
    • Goods issue and outbound delivery processing.
    • Physical inventory and cycle counting.
    • Replenishment and internal stock movements.
    • Warehouse task and warehouse order management.
  • Ensure warehouse processes align with business requirements and SAP best practices.

  4. RF Framework Configuration Strategy

  • Configure and support the SAP EWM Radio Frequency (RF) framework for warehouse operations.
  • Design RF screen layouts, logical transactions, and mobile warehouse workflows.
  • Support barcode scanning and handheld RF device integration.
  • Optimize RF processes for receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and inventory counting.
  • Ensure warehouse operators can execute transactions efficiently using RF-enabled devices.

  5. Integration with SAP S/4HANA Logistics Execution

  • Design and support integration between SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Integrate warehouse processes with SAP logistics execution, including delivery processing and goods movements.
  • Understand integration with SAP MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and other relevant logistics components.
  • Support delivery replication, stock synchronization, and logistics document flow.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with technical and functional teams.
