BRANCH SALES MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

~sales experience. A successful track record of personal sales success.
~sales management experience required. Multi-department management experience preferred.
~ CRM experience, including call review for sales team members.
~ Training experience in consultative selling techniques and strategies.
~ BRANCH SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Leadership: Direct, motivate, and align our sales and operations teams into one cohesive unit from our Columbia, MD Support Center.

Hands-on Growth: Manage and grow the sales team, working side-by-side with them to generate new business.

Field Coaching: Spend several afternoons a week out in the field with your team to help secure new business and retain current customers.

Operations Oversight: Oversee daily operations, helping your team solve problems and maintain high customer retention.

Talent Development: Lead the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees with continuous daily and weekly coaching.

Franchisee Engagement: Meet with potential franchisees and provide ongoing guidance, training, and growth support to our existing franchise base.

Administration: Complete all administrative and performance reporting duties in a timely fashion.
100k+ salary plus monthly uncapped commission based upon office performance. $Fun company culture with monthly team building events.
