This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer, Multi-Skilled Engineer, Service Engineer, Plant Engineer, Production Engineer, or Field Service Engineer looking to move into a customer-facing field-based role. Full product training will be provided.

Working across a variety of manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and industrial environments, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, installing, and commissioning a range of automated equipment and machinery throughout the UK. What's on Offer?

Standard hourly rate<br />Saturday until 12pm: 1.5x rate<br />Saturday after 12pm and Sunday: Double time The Role As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for servicing and supporting automated machinery and equipment at customer sites across the UK. Duties Include:

Mechanical and electrical fault finding<br />Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)<br />Breakdown diagnosis and repair<br />Installation and commissioning of machinery<br />Equipment upgrades and optimisation<br />Supporting customers with technical issues<br />Completing service reports and documentation<br />Ensuring high levels of customer service and support Typical Equipment Includes:

Automated machinery and production equipment<br />Conveyors and material handling systems<br />Packaging and wrapping machinery<br />Strapping and banding equipment<br />Motors, drives, sensors, pneumatics, and control systems<br />Other industrial automation and electromechanical equipment About You We are keen to speak with engineers from a variety of backgrounds, including:

Manufacturing<br />Production<br />Maintenance<br />FMCG<br />Food processing<br />Packaging<br />Logistics and distribution<br />Materials handling<br />Plant and equipment maintenance<br />Automated machinery<br />You will ideally have:

Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding experience<br />Experience maintaining, repairing, or servicing industrial machinery or equipment<br />A recognised engineering qualification (Level 3 or above preferred)<br />Good communication and customer-facing skills<br />A full UK driving licence<br />Willingness to travel throughout the UK, including occasional overnight stays<br />Previous field service experience is beneficial but not essential.
