Field Marketer

Renuity seeks a Field Marketer to drive homeowner interest in our home remodeling solutions, including baths, windows, and doors. In this on-site role, you'll represent Renuity at neighborhoods, events, home shows, and retail locations, engaging homeowners, educating them on renovation options, and generating qualified leads for our sales team. You'll set appointments, capture accurate lead details, and uphold our customer-focused, professional image. Ideal candidates have prior canvassing or event marketing experience, strong communication skills, and thrive in a performance-driven, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage homeowners in local neighborhoods, events, and retail locations to promote Renuity's remodeling services
• Generate and qualify leads for baths, windows, doors, and other home renovation projects
• Schedule in-home or virtual appointments for the sales team
• Accurately capture and input lead information into CRM systems
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence that reflects Renuity's brand
• Collaborate with sales and operations to optimize territory and event strategies
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead and appointment goals
• Set up, staff, and break down event and show booths as needed
