Position: Salesforce Technical Product Owner

Location: Louisville, Kentucky

Job Description:

•             Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

•             Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Functional Lead in healthcare payer/provider environments.

•             Strong knowledge of Provider Lifecycle Management, Provider Data Management, Provider Network Operations, and Provider Experience.

•             Experience with Provider, MDM, CRM, Customer 360, or healthcare digital transformation initiatives.

•             Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud, with the ability to translate provider business needs into Salesforce capabilities, user stories, workflows, and integration requirements.

•             Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and stakeholder management.

•             Ability to translate business strategy into product features and technical requirements.

•             Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
