Our client is looking Oracle HCM Security – Advisory Consultant for Contract project in Jersey City, NJ – Hybrid below is the detailed requirements.

 

Job Title : Oracle HCM Security – Advisory Consultant

Location : Jersey City, NJ – Hybrid

Duration : Contract / Fulltime

  

Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience
  • Must be an Oracle HCM core architect, with excellent understanding of all functions - Talent, Onboarding,  Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, etc. Needs to understand work structure, job functions, role based access control, define security models, redefine how the security works across different functions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and cross-functional initiatives.
