Qualifications:

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, technical program management, cyber resilience, disaster recovery
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical teams in a senior analyst or program-facing role
  • Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and drive accountability without direct authority
  • Experience developing metrics, status reporting, and executive-level communications
  • Cyber resilience, cyber recovery, disaster recovery, or business continuity program experience
  • Experience supporting infrastructure, storage, backup, virtualization, networking, or security initiatives
  • Experience creating and maintaining operational, governance, recovery, or procedural documentation
  • Experience supporting audits, assessments, compliance reviews, evidence collection, and remediation tracking
  • Broad technical understanding of infrastructure, security, recovery, and application environments

  • Nice-to-Have
  • Familiarity with cyber recovery environments, immutable backups, or resilience-focused architectures
  • Experience creating and maintaining operational, governance, recovery, or procedural documentation
  • Experience with access governance, entitlement reviews, or audit evidence management
  • Knowledge of application inventories, asset management, dependency mapping, or architecture documentation
  • Experience coordinating tabletop exercises, recovery testing, or readiness assessments
  • PMP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CBCP, or ITIL

  • Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to support our program and help ensure critical applications are properly documented, reviewed, protected, and recovery-ready. This role serves as a key liaison between application owners, infrastructure teams, security partners, and program leadership to coordinate annual reviews, recovery planning, testing exercises, audit support, governance activities, and program reporting. The ideal candidate combines strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills with experience in cyber resilience, disaster recovery, governance, or technical program coordination. Success in this role requires the ability to drive accountability across multiple teams, manage competing priorities, and translate technical concepts into clear documentation, reporting, and actionable plans.
