This is a hands-on leadership role, not a traditional SAP Consultant position. The individual should be able to quickly understand the existing SAP landscape, operate independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and effectively coordinate with the client s offshore SAP team, and other technology stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP ECC, ABAP and BW, with the ability to navigate the broader SAP landscape and leverage offshore SMEs across MM, SD/AFS, FICO, Security and other specialist areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the on-site technical-functional SAP landscape, including architecture, custom developments, integrations and business-critical processes.
• Quickly understand and reverse-engineer the existing ECC environment, particularly where documentation or institutional knowledge is limited.
• Provide senior-level production support / AMS, including incident and problem management, RCA, troubleshooting, enhancements and resolution of business-critical issues.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across ABAP, interfaces, jobs, RFCs, extractors, batch processes and third-party integrations.
