Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise applications using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Pega development, workflow, case management, integrations, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Pega PRPC/Pega Platform.
• Develop case management, workflows, business rules, and user interfaces.
• Configure Pega components including Data Pages, Data Transforms, Decision Tables, Activities, and When Rules.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work with JSON, XML, and web services.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Support application deployments and releases across environments.
• Identify and resolve application and performance issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Developers, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and follow SDLC processes.
• Follow Pega development standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC/Pega Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management and Workflow.
• Experience with Pega Rules, Data Pages, Data Transforms, and Decision Tables.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of Java and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Experience with Git and Jenkins/CI-CD.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Pega Customer Service (CS) or Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
• Experience with Pega upgrades and migrations.
• Knowledge of AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Kafka or event-driven integrations.
• Experience with application performance tuning.
• Enterprise production support experience.

Certifications

• Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) – Preferred
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) – Preferred
• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) – Plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
