Sr Product Owner

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Manager (Azure) - Hybrid position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

The requested Senior Product Manager will partner with senior leadership and portfolio management to set strategic direction and drive execution for Azure platform capabilities aligned to the multi-year roadmap and the enterprise product operating model. This role works across horizontal teams, including architecture, engineering, security, networking, and SRE, to deliver outcomes across Azure landing zones, service integration, and private access to AI models.

Responsibilities:

• Shape priorities, manage interdependencies, and guide roadmap execution
• Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and committed timelines
• Provide clear accountability for value realization, platform adoption, and delivery outcomes
• Ensure Azure platform capabilities scale securely, reliably, and consistently to support growing workload demand

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience leading product strategy and execution for Azure platform capabilities within an enterprise product operating model
• Experience partnering closely with senior leadership, portfolio management, and intake functions to set direction, shape priorities, and drive execution aligned to multi-year roadmaps
• Experience working effectively across architecture, engineering, security, networking, SRE, and AI infrastructure teams to deliver outcomes
• Ability to manage complex interdependencies, guide roadmap delivery against committed timelines, and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira)

Desired skills:

• Direct experience delivering platforms that support private access to Microsoft Foundry and OpenAI-hosted models or comparable AI infrastructure services
• Strong experience scaling shared Azure platforms to support rapid growth in workload demand
• Demonstrated advanced skills influencing cross-functional teams, resolving priority conflicts, and driving execution across large delivery portfolios
• Strong track record aligning engineering delivery with business outcomes, reliability objectives, and enterprise security and governance standards

Pay range: $66.39 - $74.39 per hour
