Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Warehouse Management System (WMS) to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise WMS capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in warehouse operations, supply chain technology, Agile product management, and WMS implementations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-impact warehouse solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for WMS capabilities.
  • Partner with warehouse operations, supply chain, and business stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, user stories, and feature prioritization.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and implementation teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support WMS implementations, upgrades, integrations, and production enhancements.
  • Monitor product performance using operational KPIs and drive continuous improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for warehouse automation, process optimization, and innovation.
  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and risks to business and executive leadership.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Supply Chain Technology.
  • Strong experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse operations.
  • Deep understanding of receiving, put-away, inventory management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and cycle counting.
  • Experience developing product roadmaps, managing Agile backlogs, and delivering enterprise products.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with leading WMS platforms such as Manhattan Associates, Blue Yonder (JDA), Körber (HighJump), Oracle WMS, SAP EWM, or Manhattan Active.
  • Experience with warehouse automation and supply chain transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor''s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
