The Role

• Engage customers with expert advice and exceptional service at the fresh food counter, focusing on meat, sausages, and cheese.
• Skillfully prepare and portion a variety of high-quality products, showcasing a keen eye for detail.
• Create unique and appealing specialty items using in-house recipes.
• Ensure outstanding product presentation, freshness, and strict adherence to hygiene standards.

What You'll Need

• Ideally, a completed apprenticeship as a butcher, meat processor, or food retail sales specialist with a focus on butchery.
• A genuine passion for working with people and a love for the retail sector.
• A reliable, responsible, customer-oriented, and team-oriented approach to work.
• Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule.
