Requirements
  • 7 years or more of experience in cybersecurity compliance, GRC, cloud security, or security assurance.
  • Proficiency in FedRAMP and NIST SP 800-53 compliance within regulated cloud or SaaS environments.
  • Experience with FISMA, SOC 2, StateRAMP, GovRAMP, CMMC, NIST 800-171, DoD IL4, or DoD IL5.
  • Experience in validating IAM, logging, monitoring, vulnerability, endpoint, network, and incident response controls.
  • Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, POA&Ms, ConMon, SSPs, 3PAO assessments, and cloud audits.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Direct continuous compliance activities across regulated government and commercial cloud environments.
  • Validate cloud security controls and coordinate remediation with Security, DevOps, SOC, SRE, and Engineering teams.
  • Manage POA&Ms, compliance SLAs, vulnerability deadlines, control deficiencies, and monitoring deliverables.
  • Coordinate authorization support, evidence collection, SSP maintenance, assessments, and external audit preparation.
  • Lead customer compliance reviews, ConMon submissions, security change requests, and agency communications.
  • Produce risk dashboards and executive reports covering findings, remediation progress, and audit readiness.
