Job Description

The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputable healthcare organization in Helena, MT, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Accreditation Specialist to support and oversee the organization's accreditation and regulatory initiatives.

This role works closely with leadership and regulatory agencies to strengthen compliance, support survey readiness, and advance organizational quality and performance.

Schedule: Full-Time

What You'll Do

  • Lead the organization's accreditation and regulatory compliance program
  • Maintain continuous survey readiness and compliance with DNV/NIAHO, state, and federal standards
  • Serve as the primary liaison with accreditation and regulatory agencies
  • Partner with organizational leaders to drive regulatory compliance
  • Develop and maintain compliance policies and processes
  • Conduct compliance audits and mock surveys
  • Provide staff education on accreditation and regulatory requirements
  • Lead performance improvement initiatives related to compliance, quality, and patient safety
  • Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical processes
  • Support quality, patient safety, and operational excellence

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field
  • CHOP (Certified Healthcare Operations Professional) or organization-equivalent credential
  • CHIP (Certified Healthcare Improvement Professional) or organization-equivalent credential
  • 4-6 years of healthcare regulatory or compliance experience
  • 2-3 years of direct accreditation or regulatory survey experience
  • DNV/NIAHO accreditation and survey experience strongly preferred
  • Hospital accreditation experience with other national accrediting bodies considered
  • Montana state licensing and survey experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and accreditation requirements
  • Attention to detail with collaborative, problem solving, organizational and communication skills
