The Role

• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demonstrations for high-demand roofing solutions.
• Utilize innovative software for precise measurements and assess property needs through ladder or attic inspections.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet homeowner needs and provide expert solutions.
• Focus on closing deals with pre-set, pre-qualified, one-call-close appointments.
• Collaborate with a team in daily meetings to strategize and prepare for appointments.
• Start appointments primarily between 1 pm and 7:30 pm, requiring midday and evening availability.

What You'll Need

• No prior sales or construction experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided.
• Midday, evening, and weekend availability is necessary to accommodate appointment schedules.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance are essential for travel.
• Ability to travel to and from in-home appointments within the service area.
• Eagerness to learn and implement proven sales processes and product knowledge.
