1:1 Learning Support Specialist (Elementary)
Location: Boston, MA | Pay: $30–$35/hr 

Requirements:
Associate’s degree in Education, Special Education, or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
Experience providing 1:1 or small-group instruction in K–5 settings.
Strong knowledge of differentiated instruction and individualized learning strategies.
Familiarity with ADHD, attention challenges, and executive function supports.
Comfortable adapting classroom lessons and maintaining daily progress notes.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Calm, patient, reliable, punctual; able to work independently in a school environment.
ABA or behavioral support experience a plus.
