Job Description

We are seeking experienced Ruby on Rails engineers to build and support production Rails applications at enterprise scale.

The role covers:

• End-to-end feature development
• RESTful API design, development, and integration
• Database modeling and query optimization
• Production troubleshooting and application support
• Collaboration with Product, QA, and Platform teams throughout the delivery lifecycle

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on Ruby on Rails development experience in production environments
• Solid Ruby fundamentals and Rails framework conventions
• RESTful API design, development, and integration
• Relational databases, including schema design, ActiveRecord, and SQL query tuning
• Automated testing using RSpec or MiniTest
• Git, code review, and CI/CD workflows
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
