We're seeking a Systems Analyst to support the delivery of an ambitious IT and systems roadmap. Working across multiple departments, you will gather requirements, analyse business processes, and help deliver technology solutions that improve efficiency, user experience, and organisational performance.

Description
- Support the delivery of the organisation's IT and systems roadmap.
- Gather and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Work closely with operational teams, data teams, suppliers, and external partners.
- Support the delivery of both large-scale system projects and smaller change initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to understand requirements.
- Contribute to system implementation, testing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure systems remain user-focused, fit for purpose, and aligned to organisational priorities.
- Assist with process documentation, change management, and system adoption.
Profile
A successful Systems Analyst should have:
- Previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong requirements gathering and business process analysis skills.
- Experience working with a range of stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
- Knowledge of systems implementation and change projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience producing process maps, specifications, and documentation.
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, SharePoint, Jira, or similar business systems would be advantageous.
- Understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to continuous improvement and service enhancement.
