The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Analyst Modeller to join a high-performing Cross-Functional Analytics team supporting our clients Product and Marketing functions.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytical professional who can quickly add value, working on strategic initiatives that directly influence customer experience, business growth, and commercial performance. You'll leverage advanced analytics, customer segmentation, and predictive modelling to uncover meaningful insights and help shape key business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytics projects supporting strategic Product and Marketing objectives.
- Develop customer insights that inform targeting, positioning, and growth strategies.
- Build and deploy customer segmentation and predictive models to better understand customer behaviour.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, engaging recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple business functions, ensuring analytical outputs align with commercial priorities.
- Identify opportunities to unlock value through data-driven decision making.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively within a wider analytics team.
- Share knowledge, promote best practice, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently query and analyse large datasets.
- Proven experience translating data into actionable commercial insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in an analytics, insights, or modelling role.
- Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience delivering business value through customer segmentation, predictive modelling, and personalisation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in a quantitative discipline.
- 4+ years of analytics, modelling, or insights experience.
- Strong SQL capability.
- Proven experience with customer segmentation and predictive modelling.
