VP Device Product Management and Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client that is seeking a VP of Device Product Management and Operations in Mediacom Park, NY.

Overview

The Vice President of Device Product Management & Operations will lead the firm's mobile device strategy and operations, overseeing the full lifecycle of smartphones, tablets, wearables, accessories, BYOD programs, and related services. The role owns key areas including OEM partnerships and negotiations, device launches, supply chain and logistics, inventory forecasting, provisioning, and device profitability. This executive will work cross-functionally across product, finance, marketing, sales, technology, and customer care while leading a high-performing operations team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Telecommunications, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of progressive experience in wireless device operations, telecommunications supply chain management, or mobile product operations
• Extensive experience managing OEM relationships and wireless device ecosystems. Prior relationship with Apple a plus
• Experience managing P&L considerations related to device economics, promotions, and lifecycle profitability
• Demonstrated success leading device launches, lifecycle transitions, and inventory optimization initiatives
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, demand forecasting, fulfillment, logistics, reverse logistics, and inventory planning
• Strong leadership, organizational, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and develop KPI-driven operational insights

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
