Job Description:
The Salesforce Architect will provide technical and solution leadership across enterprise Salesforce implementation projects. This role involves designing scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture
• Define and design end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Evaluate customization vs. configuration and recommend best practices.
• Technical Leadership
• Provide guidance to development and implementation teams.
• Review technical designs, code quality, and solution performance.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Integration & Delivery
• Support integration between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
• Lead technical delivery from design through implementation.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, risk identification, and issue resolution.
• Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, project managers, and technical teams.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Participate in solution discussions, architecture reviews, and technical presentations.

 Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience:
• 10–15 years of IT experience, with 4–6 years in Salesforce architecture/design.
• Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud.
• Strong background in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, APIs, and integrations.
