We are seeking dedicated Intervention Tutors to join a leading organisation committed to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference within a supportive, impact-driven community, working flexibly to support vulnerable learners.

The Role

• Provide in-person, online, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to young people with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1-KS5, offering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
• Plan and report on lessons, providing regular feedback on student progress.
• Work with schools and local authorities to address the educational needs of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners.
• Contribute to a mission of raising the standard of education for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• At least 2 years of teaching experience, with a preference for working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and professional references.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
