Systems Engineer (Mid-Senior Level) with Security Clearance

Systems Engineer (Mid-Senior Level) Full-Time | On-Site | TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph Required Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with extensive systems engineering expertise to support programs in Annapolis Junction, MD.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate customer requirements into actionable system specifications
• Conduct process engineering activities to improve workflows, efficiency, and system performance
• Analyze user requirements, CONOPS documentation, and high-level system architectures to develop detailed system requirements specifications
• Guide stakeholders in requirements development, recommend alternative technical approaches, and perform feasibility studies
• Provide technical support for requirements integration, system design, and technology implementation
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture and design documentation
• Prepare and evaluate systems engineering management plans, integration plans, and test plans
• Coordinate with government and program stakeholders to address technical considerations, issues, and resolution strategies
• Support system integration, validation, and verification efforts throughout the development lifecycle
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainment of system capabilities Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 15 years of systems engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (additional experience may be substituted where applicable)
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph Benefits
