Notes: Looking for Mid-level Systems Administrator with strong hands-on experience supporting both Linux and Windows Server environments in an enterprise infrastructure setting. The ideal candidate can independently perform infrastructure upgrades, storage administration, Hyper-V deployment, troubleshooting, and production system support in a fully on-site environment.

Position Overview

Take ownership of critical enterprise infrastructure by upgrading, integrating, and maintaining Linux, Windows Server, storage, and virtualization environments. This hands-on role focuses on keeping systems stable, secure, and ready for production while supporting major infrastructure initiatives.

Required qualifications (priority)

• Mid-level Linux administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL)
• Windows Server administration including Active Directory and Group Policy
• Experience managing hybrid Linux + Windows environments
• Enterprise storage experience (SAN/NAS, RAID, backups, capacity planning)
• Hyper-V infrastructure installation and configuration
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced on-site environment

Preferred qualifications

• Linux+, RHCSA, or Microsoft Windows Server certification
• Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM
• High-availability infrastructure experience

Niche combination: Candidates with both Linux + Windows Server + Enterprise Storage + Hyper-V experience will be the strongest fit.
