Systems Administrator with Security Clearance

What You'll Be Owning GRVTY is seeking a Systems Administrator with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Laurel, MD. What You Must Have

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• Demonstrated experience with MIM architecture and operations, to include the MIM Synchronization Service, Metaverse design, Connector Spaces, Management Agents (Mas), MIM Portal, and sync rules.
• Demonstrated experience performing routine OS patches and system upgrades.
• Demonstrated experience performing database and application patching.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Microsoft Identity Manager Workflow Activity Library (MIMWAL)
• Demonstrated experience in Windows Server Infrastructure such as Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, and Group Policy.
• Demonstrated experience providing Tier 2-3 support to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve synchronization failures and user access issues escalated from the service desk.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server for data validation.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience scripting SQL queries.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using PowerShell
• Demonstrated experience with C# and the .NET framework to read, debug, and occasionally modify rule extensions.
• Demonstrated experience auditing, syncing, and cleaning identity data across disparate data tables to maintain data integrity, consistency, and flow.
• Demonstrated experience implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). What Would Be Nice to Have
• Demonstrated experience administering Microsoft Exchange Subscription Edition and deep familiarity with the Windows OS framework.
• Demonstrated experience with identity management tools such as MS Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), PowerSyncPro, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
• Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats while investigating and resolving critical infrastructure issues across MIM and MS Exchange.
• Demonstrated experience with SQL, including advanced querying, optimization, and building databases.
• Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor.
