Job Description : We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior event coordinators to support the execution of a wide range of events, from corporate conferences and trade shows to social gatherings and product launches. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure smooth event logistics.
  • Support the creation and distribution of event materials such as invitations and programs.
  • Maintain organized event documentation and databases for efficient tracking and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred.
