Job Description:

We are seeking an IBM Cúram Developer – Java / J2EE to join our client's team in Raleigh, NC for a 12-month engagement. NC FAST requires the services of a mid-level Java and Curam developer with experience in providing business and systems analysis, modeling, design and programming for NC FAST application development and maintenance operations using Java, ReactJS and Curam programming technologies.

\n\n

This resource will have delivery responsibilities as part of NC FAST development and may act as the point of contact on site for development-related questions and issues that arise and work closely with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development issues. Duties include but are not limited to: leading functional and detailed requirement development, code development, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, functional and detailed design, and life cycle management for the implementation of NC FAST.

Required Qualifications:

\n\n

- Cúram V6 Certified Developer (0+ years).

\n

- Social enterprise management experience (4+ years).

\n

- Experience as a Cúram Developer with experience in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing (4+ years).

\n

- Experience in development with both the Cúram Enterprise Framework and Cúram Solution Modules (4+ years).

\n

- Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues (4+ years).

\n

- Experience with translating and communicating highly technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users (4+ years).

\n

- Experience with creating and writing technical documents using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (4+ years).

\n

- Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting a sense of urgency, independently identify options (0+ years).

\n

- Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures (0+ years).

\n

- Experience using the Cúram Enterprise Framework Components, Cúram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2), Cúram Express Rules for Triage (CERT) (4+ years).

\n

- Experience using Oracle and Subversion (4+ years).

\n

- Technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming: Java, J2SE, J2EE, XML, and XSL (4+ years).

\n

- Techical knowledge in Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL) (4+ years).

\n

- Experience with Oracle database platforms and tools (0+ years) (Preferred).

\n

- Experience with JavaScript and IBM Websphere (0+ years) (Preferred).

\n

- Experience with state government IT Functions (0+ years) (Preferred).

\n

- Experience with the Curam Child Care Module (0+ years) (Preferred).

\n\n

Position Requirements:

- 5 day onsite role.

\n
