ERP Business Analyst Join a growing, exciting team at the beginning stages of a large, system implementation. You will lead the architecture and design of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation, playing a critical part in ensuring the solution supports all end-to-end business processes. Your contribution and leadership will enable the company to successfully transition from their legacy platforms to a modern ERP landscape. Why This Role? What You Will Be Doing Work with stakeholders across the business to analyse, document, and improve business processes Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and standardisation Act as a key liaison between IT, business users, and external ERP implementation partners Support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and improvement to business systems Gather and document business requirements Participate in solution design workshops with internal teams and implementation partners Assist with process mapping, functional specifications and configuration documentation Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders What You Will Have Educated to Degree Level in Information Systems, Business, or related field, or possessing equivalent professional experience. Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent. Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. Previous work in a manufacturing industry as a Business Analyst is highly desirable. Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and process maps. Experience managing mixed internal and external delivery teams.
