📢 NOW HIRING: Senior Workday HCM Core Consultant

📍 Location: Menlo Park, CA
⏳ Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Possible Extension)
💰 Rate: $60–$70/Hour on W2
📄 Employment Type: Contract

Key Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, including Hire, Pre-Hire, Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination.

  • Experience designing and configuring complex business processes, including approvals, validations, notifications, conditions, and routing.

  • Strong knowledge of Workday domain security, business process security, role-based access, organization-based access, segment-based security, and intersection security.

  • Expertise in calculated fields and advanced Workday reporting, including complex and matrix reports.

  • Understanding of organizations, staffing, and the employee lifecycle.

  • Working knowledge of Workday Absence and Time Tracking.

  • Familiarity with Workday integrations and integration security.
