- Convert improvement findings into standard operating procedures, training materials, and repeatable workflows.
- Drive repair, maintenance, and warehouse improvements that increase efficiency, space utilization, cost effectiveness, and operational consistency.
- Partner with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL providers to resolve material, shipping, and service escalations.
- Collaborate with Physical Merchandising, Field Merchandising, Demo Tech, Retail Sales, Finance, Procurement, external agencies, and retail partners.
- Support new product introduction, retail refresh activities, OPEX planning, operational scaling, special projects, and occasional extended operational hours.
Skillsets/Qualification:
- Required minimum of 3 years of project or program management experience in retail operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field, not less than 3 years of experience in repair and maintenance, supply fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or 3PL management.
- Experience supporting big-box retail, retail field operations, or multi-site retail execution.
