Technical Project/Program Manager Associate

Location: Durham, North Carolina (Partial Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project/Program Manager Associate to serve as a technical coordination point for projects and initiatives of low to moderate complexity. This role is accountable for ensuring that deliverables are produced and approved according to project schedules and for facilitating the development of business processes to ensure business readiness at project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical coordination point for projects and initiatives.
• Ensure deliverables are produced and approved according to multiple project schedules.
• Facilitate the development of business processes for business readiness at project completion.
• Develop, refine, and monitor project budgets throughout project life cycles.
• Identify and engage stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure business readiness and proactive identification of risks and dependencies.
• Manage allocated resources from multiple delivery partners while working within approved hours and scope.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor's degree or an advanced degree is required. In lieu of a degree, 3+ years of experience in a related field is acceptable.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a related field.
