We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistants to join our team.
- Provide attentive care and support to clients addressing their individual needs in their own homes
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including toileting and mobility support
- Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
- Respond promptly to any emergencies or unexpected situations
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records
- Offer emotional support and reassurance to our clients
- Perform light housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized living space
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant although not essential as full training is given
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Empathetic and patient demeanour with a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in various situations
- Basic first aid knowledge
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work schedules
- Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and following care plans
- Valid UK Driving License and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Right to work in the UK
Previous care experience is helpful but not required – we’ll get to know you and provide full training so you feel confident in your role.
