Care Assistant Benefits:

• Excellent pay rates - We offer £14.10 per hour on weekdays, £14.60 per hour at weekends, plus double time on Bank Holidays, helping you earn more while making a real difference in your community.
• Types of hours available From 10 hours part time or Full-time/Guaranteed contract

Care Assistant responsibilities:

Being a Home help assistant is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high quality, person-focused care.

Duties can include:

• Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
• Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
• Accompanying to appointments or shopping
• Personal care - supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent

As part of this role, Care Assistants must be available to work at least one day on alternate weekends.
