Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to analyze constituent complaints, review regulatory statutes, and handle public communications.
 
Position Quick Details
 
  • Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
  • Location Options: Doral, FL OR Tallahassee, FL
  • Interview Mode: Webcam or In-Person
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Connect with the public to gather complaint details and assess jurisdictional alignment.
  • Read and interpret Florida State Statutes to evaluate incoming filings.
  • Draft official written updates and provide resource referrals to constituents.
  • Track, log, and close out cases in internal document management databases.
Must-Have Qualifications
 
  • Statute Interpretation: 1+ year reading & applying Florida State Statutes (Required)
  • Public/Customer Experience: 3+ years in a professional setting (Required)
  • Complaint Analysis: 1+ year analyzing public complaints (Required)
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (Required)
Bonus Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
 
  • Hands-on experience with Versa or OnBase platforms
  • Bachelor’s Degree
