The Role

• Promote and sell the employer's connectivity products and services directly to customers through door-to-door engagement.
• Leverage expert knowledge of products, features, benefits, and competitive landscape to drive sales.
• Drive sales performance, build strong customer relationships, and mentor frontline sales professionals.
• Meet and exceed established sales targets.
• Provide onboarding support, observation, and feedback to new hires to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.

What You'll Need

• A high degree of self-motivation and professional appearance.
• Expert knowledge of B2C selling, reflecting 2-3 years of experience.
• High confidence in selling ability and expert time management/organizational skills.
• Ability to travel door-to-door in various weather conditions.
• A valid driver's license in good standing.
• A strong interest in leading and developing others.
