We're looking for a Corporate Translator – Spanish to support the translation and quality review of corporate trainnoing, communications, and e-learning content. This role requires strong written English and Spanish translation skills along with hands-on Articulate and Adobe experience.

🔑 Key Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written translation skills

• 2+ years of Spanish translation experience in a corporate environment

• 2+ years of hands-on experience translating in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or Articulate 360

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Current active access to Adobe Creative Cloud Programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

What You'll Do

• Translate documents, presentations, and e-learning modules from English to Spanish

• Ensure translations are culturally and contextually appropriate

• Translate training and corporate communications within Microsoft Word, Articulate Storyline, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint

• Proofread and edit translations for high-quality, error-free content

• Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and project managers to understand context and requirements

• Strong attention to detail

• 2+ years of end-design experience, including complex document layouts and integrating translated content into design templates

• Bachelor's degree in Translation or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience
