Configure roadmap planning, portfolio hierarchies, funding models, and strategicobjectives.? Develop scalable and maintainable solutions following ServiceNow bestpractices.? Participate in platform upgrades and instance health improvement initiatives.? Identify opportunities to automate manual portfolio and project managementactivities using AI-driven solutions. Required QualificationsExperience? 4+ years of ServiceNow development experience.? 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.? Experience working in Agile delivery environments.? Experience with enterprise workflow automation and integrations.Preferred Certifications? ServiceNow Certified System Administrator?
