Job Overview:
This role involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering. The role also includes contributing to the resolution of complex situations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and collaborating strategically with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to resolving complex situations while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate strategically with client personnel to meet deliverables.
• Develop, enhance, and support AI agents with a strong focus on coding and technical ownership.
• Participate in daily team standups and collaborate closely with developers and architects.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Specialty Software Engineering or equivalent through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong backend Python development experience (5+ years).
• Experience building and supporting microservices-based applications (5+ years).
• Proficiency in designing and consuming APIs (5+ years).
• Experience with MongoDB and vector databases (5+ years).
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and AI orchestration concepts (2+ years preferred).

Pay Range: $80 - $85
