🚨 URGENT HIRING | Business Process Designer – Conversational AI 🚨
📍 Location: Remote – USA
💼 Experience: 6+ Years
🛂 Work Authorization: H-1B candidates may be considered
🏥 Industry: Healthcare experience required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Conversational AI, business process analysis, and process mapping.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and contact flow design.
- Strong knowledge of IVR, Amazon Lex V2, and Amazon Q in Connect.
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into conversational workflows and process maps.
- AWS Associate certification is the minimum specified qualification.
- Amazon Connect certification or badge required, as specified in the detailed qualifications.
- Healthcare industry experience and a professional degree are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze healthcare business processes and design conversational AI workflows.
- Design and optimize Amazon Connect contact flows and IVR experiences.
- Configure or support integrations involving Amazon Lex V2 and Amazon Q in Connect.
- Map business processes, document requirements, and collaborate with business and technical teams.
- Ensure conversational solutions align with healthcare operational needs.
