Air Conditioning Engineer - Facilities Management We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing facilities management company for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their engineering team covering London.

The Role Working across a varied portfolio of commercial properties, you'll be responsible for carrying out air conditioning installations, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, fault finding and reactive repairs on a wide range of air conditioning systems.

This is a field-based role where you'll work independently while being supported by an experienced engineering team, delivering a consistently high standard of workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities Carry out the installation of air conditioning systems.<br />Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits.<br />Service and maintain a wide range of air conditioning equipment.<br />Diagnose faults and carry out reactive repairs.<br />Commission new installations where required.<br />Complete all job reports accurately using a PDA/mobile device.<br />Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with current Health &amp; Safety legislation and industry regulations.<br />Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times.Essential Previous experience carrying out air conditioning installations, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing and reactive repairs.<br />NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent) in Refrigeration &amp; Air Conditioning.<br />F-Gas Category 1 Certification.<br />Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.<br />Full UK Driving Licence.<br />Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.<br />Excellent communication and customer service skills.Desirable Previous experience working within the Facilities Management sector.<br />Experience working on commercial properties.<br />Experience with split, multi-split, VRV/VRF and other commercial air conditioning systems.<br />IPAF and/or PASMA qualifications.<br />Manufacturer training with Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, LG, Panasonic or similar.<br />18th Edition or other electrical qualifications would be advantageous.What's on Offer?
