Stakeholder coordination and communication

·        Lead project governance boards and steering committee reviews

·        Communicate status, risks, and decisions to technical and business audiences

·        Coordinate between infrastructure, security, applications, and business teams

·        Manage dependencies, escalations, and stakeholder concerns proactively

Technical delivery oversight

·        Provide technical project leadership on platform implementations (Okta, CyberArk, Saviynt, etc.)

·        Track and manage technical workstreams including design, build, testing, and deployment

·        Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure solutions meet requirements and standards

·        Manage quality assurance, security testing, and compliance validation

Risk and change management

·        Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks

·        Develop and execute change management plans for organizational transitions

·        Plan and manage cutover activities, rollbacks, and contingencies

·        Support post-implementation review and lessons learned capture

Operations enablement and training

·        Coordinate training and documentation for operations and support teams

·        Develop operational runbooks and procedures for new capabilities

·        Support knowledge transfer and team readiness

Metrics and continuous improvement

·        Track and report project metrics: schedule variance, budget variance, scope adherence

·        Monitor value realization against post-implementation targets

·        Identify and implement process improvements in IAM delivery

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field

·        10+ years in project management, program management, or technical delivery roles

·        5+ years managing IAM, security, or enterprise IT projects

·        3+ years hands-on experience with enterprise IAM platforms (Okta, Saviynt, or equivalent)

·        Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-team enterprise initiatives through delivery

·        Experience managing platform migrations, implementations, or significant configuration changes

·        Strong working knowledge of IAM platforms and architectures (Okta, Active Directory, PAM, IGA)

·        Deep understanding of identity governance, lifecycle management, and compliance controls

·        Proven experience managing enterprise security or infrastructure projects

·        Advanced project management skills: planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management

·        Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional leadership ability

·        Ability to translate technical architecture into business and operational context
