Hybrid: Strategic Risk Lead, People & Culture

Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking an experienced Lead Analyst to strengthen risk practices within the People & Culture function. The role is embedded in the People Department and involves influencing across the enterprise, reporting up to C-suite, and contributing to board papers.

You will promote a proactive risk culture, identify and manage risks and controls, and support internal controls testing while collaborating with Line 2, Compliance, and Internal Audit to deliver assurance.
