Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project governance, financial management, executive communications, and performance reporting across strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex project and financial data into meaningful executive-level insights that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Reporting & Presentations

  • Develop and deliver high-quality executive presentations, steering committee decks, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and management reports.
  • Create concise and impactful narratives highlighting project status, risks, financial performance, key achievements, and strategic recommendations.
  • Present project progress, business outcomes, and financial metrics to senior leadership and client executives.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of executive communication materials across programs and projects.

Financial Management

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource costs, profitability, and financial performance.
  • Track actuals against budgets and forecasts; identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support business case development, cost-benefit analysis, funding requests, and investment tracking.
  • Coordinate invoicing, revenue recognition, financial reconciliation, and financial governance activities.
  • Monitor project financial health and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Project Governance & Delivery

  • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities.
  • Manage scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and change requests.
  • Facilitate governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder forums.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards, processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Drive accountability for milestone achievement and delivery excellence.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Establish project dashboards and KPI tracking mechanisms using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and Project Management platforms.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports covering project progress, budget utilization, resource performance, and risk status.
  • Analyze project and financial data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and potential impacts.
  • Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and governance artifacts.

Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with business sponsors, finance teams, delivery teams, and executive leadership.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights, recommendations, and decision-support information.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Information Technology, or related discipline.
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience.
  • Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and project financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience creating executive presentations and leadership dashboards.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
