Job Summary
Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of the Catering Sales Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner. Creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and catering agreements in appropriate system and submitting for client signature in accordance with venue deadlines. Working closely with the culinary and operations team to develop menus
Promptly respond to all client correspondence, phone, and email, including initial inquiry correspondence, proposal development for qualified leads, and all follow up as necessary to secure business.

Proactively engaging in networking and other lead generation activities
Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports. Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required. Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely. Performs other duties as assigned. Apply to Levy today! Levy is a member of Compass Group USA
