Position Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Desktop Support Technician for a 100% on-site role in Richmond, VA. The candidate will provide comprehensive technical support for computer systems, PC hardware, operating systems, and network infrastructure.

Core Technical Skills

Operating Systems & Software: Windows (Windows 11+), MS Office, Outlook, and MS365.

Hardware & Systems: PC/laptop hardware, peripherals, system drivers, BIOS, and network setup/troubleshooting.

Remote Management & Deployment: System administration using SCCM/SMS, Remote Desktop, and Dameware.

Maintenance & Setup: Software installation, system configuration, hardware troubleshooting, and laptop refresh management.
Key Professional Capabilities

Problem Solving: Advanced analytical, troubleshooting, and issue-resolution skills.

Service & Communication: Excellent customer service, interpersonal communication, and team-working skills.

Reporting & Feedback: Ability to run system reports, analyze common technical issues, and adapt processes based on user feedback.
Experience Needed

Minimum 4 years of experience in hands-on desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, customer service, and remote assistance tools.
